The centre's design is based on bio-construction techniques, and its purpose is to promote holistic principles of joint community work, permaculture, and agroecology. The centre aims to promote food sovereignty, the preservation of medicinal plants, and an active community culture.
The centre will host artistic expression workshops, scenic arts performances, film and documentary screenings. Furthermore, the centre will provide training in traditional weaving techniques, the Wayuunaiki language, traditional games, and how to grow food and recover green spaces using local vegetation.
